Inspired by abandoned observatories across the globe and possibly throughout the galaxy, Füxa co-founder and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Anderson, and guitarist Van Kapeghian (furiousBall, Camino Sound) conjure up a musical concoction of pure kosmische musik. Steeped in Eno's "Another Green World", Holger Czukay's radio transmissions, and other heroes of the analog age, Abandoned Observatories is a 6-song cycle that pays homage to forgotten observation facilities, and the mechanics tasked with returning to repair them.
